CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The man accused of stealing a motorized wheelchair from a home in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood is on the loose, Cleveland police confirmed, and detectives need help identifying the suspect caught on camera.

Police said surveillance video captured the suspect steal the motorized wheelchair from a front yard in the 3500 block of West 46th Street on Sept. 30.

The suspect then rode the wheelchair heading northbound on West 46th Street, according to police.
