CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Do you want to enjoy your favorite food in the comfort of your own home?

You’re in luck. Cleveland Independents Restaurant Week to-go starts Thursday with approximately 35 participating restaurants.

There will still be specials and meal packages, and a few restaurants will offer in-person dining. But, for the most part, this Restaurant Week will consist of mainly takeout.

Luke Austin and his staff at Lago East Bank are ready for Restaurant Week and excited to be working in-house.

“We’re really excited to put 2020 in the past where it belongs” Austin says.

Lago is one of a handful of Restaurant Week participants offering in-person dining, but Austin admits that takeout has been a saving grace for his and many other Northeast Ohio restaurants over the last year.

“We’ve seen a decent increase in that and hopefully that trend continues” Austin tells 19 News

Cleveland Independents Restaurant Week runs from March 18 to March 31.

Sorry, no delivery is available with Restaurant Week specials, but you can still get regular items delivered.
